It has been years that the idea of producing participatory programs has become one of major obstacles for IRIB. Decrease of production budget has welcomed this kind of production because program making is dependent on financial resources. This has caused challenges in the field of production. The purpose of this research is to try for understanding present inconveniences in the process of production. Consequently, there might be courses of action in order to upgrade the standards of producing participatory programs. After surveying on the methods of producing participatory programs, they would be discussed from three different perspectives:
“Managerial perspective, Production & Broadcast, Supervision & Evaluation”, which are main subjects of discuss in this article. Lack of independent managerial layer relying on consultation is the margin between sponsors & production team of each network. The methodology of this research is qualitative and benefits from deep interview with managers, producers and experts of Production. Findings of the research can also be divided into three challenging layers as to be in managerial process, Production and broadcast evaluation which on the whole results in 17axial codes. Among the findings & suggestions of this research the following items can be mentioned: Inauguration of a committee for brand evaluation credentials, reengineering the costs of production, increasing the audience satisfaction, receiving consultation from media & economy experts in order to act as catalyst between producers & sponsors.
