Abstract
Human resources are the main element of creative organizations, and as a result, employee training is of great priority and importance in such organizations. As a creative organization in the new period of management, IRIB’s News Agency is experiencing major changes, and the success of this change depends on the correct and complete training of all employees. Therefore, the main goal of the upcoming research is to design a suitable process for the training of employees of this news agency. This research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of data analysis method, it was done using the method of structured grounded theory. Semi-structured interview technique was used to collect data in this research. Based on the findings of this research, the process of training employees of the IRIB’s News Agency includes the five elements mentioned in the final paradigm model. The suggested stages of the employee training process as a result of this research are: Elite selection and basic training (first level), transition from theory training to written news training (intermediate level), employment in the main job position, and skill development and process evaluation (advanced level). These steps should be implemented considering the causal conditions of the process. The leveling of these stages is to organize the employees who do not achieve the necessary success in the stage of employment in the main job position and return to the appropriate level according to the need for training.
