Presentation of the management model of national media performance in crisis conditions (case study; Corona epidemic)

Abstract
The current research intends to answer the question that what are the factors affecting the effectiveness of performance management in the national media during the epidemic of the disease?A mixed exploratory research in which the qualitative method of grounded theory and quantitative survey were used to achieve an effective management model media performance in the conditions of the corona disease epidemic.The statistical community of the qualitative method consists 30 experts familiar with the subject, and interviews were conducted with them to extract the pattern.The statistical community of survey is also made up of national media experts and managers, among whom368people were selected as the final sample to determine the level of approval of the components that were extracted from the ground theory method.The results show a total of27components that were approved by experts and media experts as causal factors or preconditions (6components),central categories(4components)intervening factors(5components),foundational factors(4components),strategies(3components)and consequences(5components)were identified.Some of these components include;The necessity of paying special attention to the duties of the national media with a health-oriented perspective, continuous attention to health-oriented education, strengthening networks and programs related to the health-oriented performance of the media,using effective methods of health-oriented education,avoiding the securitization of crises such as the Corona epidemic, content production In accordance with the specific guidelines of crisis conditions, promotion of media training with global standards,promotion of educational styles and methods with the aim of attracting the attention of the audience,credibility in the audience towards health information and attention to the health and livelihood needs of people in crisis conditions.
