Abstract
The process of guiding the human audience by preserving his human dignity started at the same time as the creation of mankind, and continuously with the revelation to the divine prophets, it has helped mankind to navigate the difficult path of material life. In the past, religion had an active presence in all areas of human life; But gradually, with the downgrading of faith from an institutional and religious matter to a completely personal and experiential matter, which was affected by the inherent requirements of modernity and the philosophy governing it, the product of philosophical de-religion, the downgrading of religion to individual ethics and the product of political de-religion, modernity and passing. It has followed from vanilla traditionalism to secularism and, as a result, the demeaning of the world. Despite these ups and downs, our goal in this research is to prove that the media has the ability to provide services in the field of religion, and the origin of theories of non-interaction such as Postman is the confusion between religious themes and goals. Therefore, with the library and documentary method, hermenetics and interpretations, we have reached these results that the Quran, along with the optimal and effective context of message transmission, includes the components of the fundamental principles of content, effective means of transmission, source connections, reception
