The goal of this article is to evaluate the level of agility in the Radio Deputy of IRIB through a comparison with the desired pattern of agility. To estimate the present level of agility in Deputy of Radio, and evaluate each of the necessary capacities of an agile organization, a questionnaire was distributed among 51 senior and middle managers, plus experts of the field via a random selection. On the other hand, noting that most of the agility features have been defined by linguistic concepts, being classified with multi-layers of ambiguity and probability, therefore, fuzzy logic was applied for evaluation. After combining the measures of “importance” (desired level of agility) and “function” (present level of agility) concerning each of the agility features of IRIB (including flexibility, speed, accountability and competency) the level of agility for all these features was evaluated as being Moderate. Finally, by acquiring the absolute measures of each ancillary capacity of agility, i.e., the 35 characteristics mentioned in the questionnaire, these measures were graded and those characteristics which gained a lower level from the threshold of agility were identified. These were introduced as the obstacles to improving agility. Ultimately, to improve the level of these characteristics some solutions are presented at the ending pages of this research.
