Implementing musical melodies in the Recitation of the Holy Qur’an and its impact on the semantic change of the verses is a significant issue though less attended by Qur’ani communities, despite its importance. The goal of this study is to investigate the role of melodies in the semantic change of the verses while reciting the Holy Qur’an. The main question of the research is “What is the relationship between the musical melodies and tones, and recitation of The Qur’an and the change of meaning? This is a study research and it has been conducted based on a researcher-made questionnaire. According to the data, the spider chart and statistical percentages achieved from the items (Likert scale), the relationship between the variables, the above-average percentage indicated and analysis of the outcome of the combination of the verses and the structure of the performed melodies derived, this is proven that each of the musical melodies has its own specific and independent nature, and implementing them in recitation will have influential role in the conceptual change and meaning comprehension of the verses. The gained findings prove that musical melodies have a direct impact on the change of the verses’ meaning and using the best of recitation techniques will have an increased effect in comprehending the meaning of the verses.
