چکیده
انتشار گسترده «خبر جعلی» ـ خبرهایی که عامدانه، مغرضانه و به‌صورت سازمانی و حرفه‌ای اغلب بر بستر رسانه‌های اجتماعی، جهت فریب کاربران و انحراف جامعه ساخته و پرداخته می‌شوند ـ به یکی از تهدیدات مهم رسانه‌ای در جوامع امروز تبدیل شده است. شناخت جامع این پدیده که به ویژه پس از انتخابات سال 2016 آمریکا موردتوجه جدی رسانه‌ها و پژوهشگران قرار گرفته، برای تشخیص و مقابله با آن ضروری است. فهم تفاوت‌های این مفهوم خاص و سایر مفاهیم مشابهی که در فضای زبانی مرتبط با خبر و خبررسانی به کار می‌رود، می‌تواند برای شناخت مناسب خبر جعلی به ما کمک کند. ازجمله قدیمی‌ترین واژه‌های این حوزه، «شایعه» است که در نگاه اول بسیار به مفهوم خبر جعلی نزدیک است. بنابراین در صورت ارائه‌ی تبیینی روشن از تفاوت این دو مفهوم، می‌توان معنای دقیق‌تری از «خبر جعلی» بیان نمود. برای دست‌یابی به این هدف مقاله، علاوه بر بررسی جامع منابع علمی موجود، با 17 نفر از متخصصان حرفه‌ای و دانشگاهی حوزه خبر و رسانه مصاحبه شد. سپس با تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون، تفاوت این دو پدیده را ارائه دادیم. یافته‌های این پژوهش معلوم می‌کند که اولاً مهم‌ترین تفاوت شایعه و خبر جعلی مربوط به ظهور و بروز شایعه در جامعه‌ی شفاهی و ظهور بروز خبر جعلی در جامعه‌ی شبکه‌ای است. ثانیاً می‌توان خبر جعلی را در بستر جامعه‌ی شبکه‌ای در سه ویژگی «تولیدکنندگی»، «ماهیت محتوا» و «ویژگی‌های کاربران» متفاوت از شایعه دانست.

چکیده English

The widespread dissemination of "fake news" on the social media as the news that deliberately deceives users, has been an important threat to today's interconnected societies. The full recognition of this phenomenon, which has attracted serious attention of media and researchers after the 2016 US election, is crucial for identifying and combating with it. Among all the methods and issues that can help us to understand the fake news, we can understand the differences in this particular concept and other similar concepts that are closely related to the notion of fake news; One of the oldest words in this area is the concept of "Rumor" that at first glance is very close to the concept of fake news; therefore, if a clear explanation of this differences is presented, in fact a more precise meaning of "fake news" can be revealed. In order to achieve this goal, in addition to studying the scientific documents, 17 experts of news and media were interviewed, then by analyzing the data using the thematic analysis, the differences between these two phenomena were presented in three themes "difference in production", "difference in content" and "difference in the audience".
