هنجاریابی پرسشنامه‌ی‌ طفره‌روی مجازی (CLQ) در میان کارکنان دانشگاهی

چکیده
با پیشرفت فناوری‌‌های نوین، یکی از انواع رفتارهای انحرافی که رواج پیدا کرده، طفره‌‌روی مجازی است. با توجه به نبود ابزار مناسب برای سنجش رفتار انحرافی در داخل کشور، این پژوهش با هدف هنجاریابی پرسشنامه رفتار انحرافی طفره‌‌روی مجازی (CLQ) انجام شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه، شامل تمامی کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه‌‌های جامع وابسته به وزارت علوم در چهار سطح تراز عملکرد بین‌المللی، ملی، منطقه‌‌ای و محلی در سراسر کشور بود. در ادامه، 430 کارمند ستادی با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌‌ای چندمرحله‌‌ای انتخاب شدند و داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ طفره‌‌روی مجازی، جمع‌‌آوری شد. نتایج حاصل از اعتبارسنجی به دو شیوه همسانی درونی و ثبات زمانی نشان داد که اعتبار پرسشنامه طفره‌‌روی مجازی براساس آلفای کرونباخ، 89/0 و با استفاده از روش بازآزمایی، 88/0  است. بررسی‌‌های مربوط به روایی محتوا، تفکیکی و سازه پرسشنامه طفره‌‌روی مجازی (CLQ)، مؤید روایی پرسشنامه مذکور بود. همچنین یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی همانند فرم اصلی، سه عامل همبسته ولی مجزای گشت و گذار بی‌هدف در اینترنت، دریافت و ارسال پست الکترونیکی نامرتبط به کار و طفره‌‌روی اینترنتی تعاملی را آشکار ساخت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که پرسشنامه طفره‌‌روی مجازی (CLQ)، ابزاری قابل‌اعتماد و روا برای سنجش و غربالگری میزان طفره‌‌روی مجازی کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه است. در نتیجه، پژوهشگران و محققان حوزه‌ مدیریت سازمان‌‌های آموزشی، مطالعات رفتار سازمانی، فناوری‌‌های نوین و مدیریت منابع انسانی با کاربست این ابزار کارآمد در حیطه پژوهشی، قادر به تشخیص وضعیت طفره‌‌روی مجازی کارکنان خواهند بود.

With the advancement of new technologies, one of the types of deviant behaviors that has become popular is cyber loafing. Due to the lack of appropriate tools for measuring deviant behavior in the country, the present study was conducted with the aim of standardizing the cyber loafing deviation behavior questionnaire (CLQ). The statistical population of this study included all staff of universities affiliated with the Ministry of Science at four levels of international, national, regional and local levels of performance across the country. The research data were collected from 430 staff members who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method using cyber loafing questionnaire. The results of the validation of the method showed that the internal consistency and stability reliability of the Cyber Loafing Questionnaire by using Cronbach's alpha was 0/89 and by test-retest method was 0/88. Evaluate the content validity, discriminant, and construct of cyber loafing questionnaire confirms the validity of the questionnaire. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as the main form revealed three correlated but separable dimensions that were "Internet surfing", "Receiving and sending irrelevant e-mail" and "interactive internet dodging". The results of this study showed that the Cyber Loafing Questionnaire (CLQ) is a reliable and valid tool for measuring and screening the cyber loafing of academic staff. As a result, researchers in the field of management of educational organizations, studies of organizational behavior, new technologies and human resource management with the use of this efficient tool in the field of research; Be able to detect the cyber loafing status of employees.
