The present research was written with the aim of compiling an effective and active exposure map of the Broadcasting Organization in the field of cyberspace, and the main question of this research is about how to draw the map and the tools for its compilation. Drawing a map requires determining two basic pillars, i.e. determining the indicators and characteristics of the current situation and the criteria and components of the desired situation, so that goals, strategies and action-time options can be planned based on that. In the first step, this research examines the results of previous researches related to the subject by using the documentary method, then by using the expert panel method which was formed in four rounds, the desirability criteria and various indicators of the current and desirable conditions are determined and finally by using From the combination of the expert panel and various quantitative techniques, including the importance-performance matrix (Martilla and James), the number of 4 drivers (goals), 9 strategies and 36 action-time options were determined and at the end the final model of the roadmap was drawn.
